Space for a third person is available in Northern Spy only. Advance notice is required and an additional charge of $25 will apply. In other rooms, additional parties, are not permitted to stay under any circumstance. Olde Orchard Inn is most suitable for adults and our minimum age for guests is 12. Sorry, no pets.

Your price includes a full candlelit country breakfast each morning of your stay.

Check-in is between 3PM and 8PM and checkout is 11AM. Guests will be charged for an additional day if they leave after 11:00AM.

Reservations may be made by contacting us between 8AM and 8PM or by using the Check Availability link at the bottom of the page. Prices are per night for single and double occupancy (except Pippin which is a single room only) and do not include an 8% NH tax or staff gratuities.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to a one-night stay or 50% of the total for three or more nights must be made by check and received within 7 days of making the reservation. The balance is payable by Mastercard, Visa or cash at the time of check-in.

Deposits are credited to the final day(s) of your stay. They are refundable only if the reservation is canceled at least 10 days prior to arrival but are subject to a $25.00 service charge per room. The deposit will be forfeited on no-shows and on reservations canceled less than 10 days prior to arrival. Deposits for foliage season stays are not refundable after September 4, 2008.

Additional terms are applicable for reservations of four or more rooms.
